Great location, newly built house, few shopping centres just a walking distance away and lovely river walk. Old town could be reached by foot.
Bedding was not clean, it had smell and it was very dusty everywhere, no bin bags, cutlery was very old and probably it is not even possible to wash it to the proper standard. No shower essentials provided only what was left from previous people, good that I was able to go and buy everything. Would highly recommend to change the cleaners. Not doing their job.

It is a nice apartment and good value. Bathroom is especially nice. Building seems secure and in safe area.
No power outlets around the sofa, but one at the desk and three around the bed. It should be fine for most people.

A lot of rules and hidden charges for everything. No parking on the site, all was yellow zone and pay parking by hour.
