Large, clean rooms and a very convenient location.
Unfortunately our room (3) was far too hot to sleep in and we were told the air conditioning had been switched to ‘winter mode’ and couldn’t be changed. Which means it only pumped out hot air. We asked twice for a solution and apart from swapping out our duvet for a sheet and offering a ventilator, no other solution was offered. No compensation (not even a free coffee!). For three nights we had little to no sleep even with the window fully open. Not good and not what we paid for.
