Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie was super, gezellige en rustige omgeving. Studio was top. Heerlijk bed, ruime kast. Goed voorziene keuken. Airco. Gebruik van wasmachine en droger. 2 tv's. Parkeergarage aan de overkant van de straat.
Jammer genoeg geen lift, is niet simpel als je niet heel mobiel bent. Geen stoeltje en/of steun in de douche. Geen handleiding van microwave/vaatwasser. Jammer genoeg stonden de tv-programma's op de beide schermen niet gelijk ingesteld, sommige zenders kon je bij de ene wel zien, bij de andere niet.

Great location, close to town centre, train, bus and shopping/restaurants. Spacious studio apartment, comfy bed, even though had expected it would be a proper bed not a sleeping platform. So not great for anyone with any mobility issues. The wifi is secured by password, which is a bonus and TV had radio stations too, so great to have access to music.
hairdryer was away for repair and there was no spare. Had to share with next door apartment. Not very convenient. Did not like that there was no bathroom sink, always having to use the one in the kitchen area. Lots of cupboards but not good for storage - minimal shelf and hanging rail space. No where to hang wet towels. These are the reason why facilities have been marked down.
