Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
No air conditioner or fan, which made it hard to sleep at night. Especially the first night because we arrived late at night and the apartment had been closed the whole day, keeping the heat indoors like an oven. Funny to read in the contract conditions that the blankets should be put back in the closset!

There is no better location 10/10. Shops, cafès, restaurants are all literally within steps. Beach is the opposite side of the road.
Air conditioning in all apartments would be ideal, especially in flat 2, 5, 8 which get the west sun in the afternoon. A bit of upgrade in the water system might be necessary. The living room sofa is much overused.
