Apartmán Vimperk

Great place. Great view. Private.

For us this apartment was a great way to stay in Vimperk and the region. The apartment is modern and well equipped, with everything we needed for a great stay. Our hostess was lovely and was easily reachable for queries (with some help from Google translate). The kids shared a bedroom and our comfy bed was in the main open-planned living area. While this was fine for us, it may not be ideal if you’re travelling with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, and we were really pleased to have a washing machine after several weeks on the road. It was not particularly warm when we stayed, but the aircon is a real bonus for this attic flat. We were able to park the car securely in the large garage downstairs (and were fine to leave the car outside when the kids took over the garage with the table tennis table!). Best of all, we sat out on the roof terrace every morning and evening and enjoyed the view across to Vimperk castle. We walked into town along the river, and there were Lidl and Penny Market supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location was awesome!! Hosts were easy to communicate with and available! Gracious people who provided for us when are travel plans took an unexpected turn.

Very nice, modern apartment. It was also well equipped, at least for our current demand. We liked the coffee machine grinding coffee beans. We also liked the big garage, where there was enough place for six motorbikes. Nice view from the huge balcony.

Two toilets would be good to have, but that's not critical.
