Actually; the communication was in Moldavian language; it should be in english (I told them); because when you use a translator; you always get some noise in it. Then the pickup location for the keys; you get a google maps icon; better to give additional information. They did this afterall (next day); like " the reception is at the brightly burning lamp". Google maps has a deviation of some meters. I had problems with getting the keys; I came in 02:30h, in the dark and I received a vague google maps icon. I could not get the keys; i had to book another hotel for the night; I paid 70 euros including the taxi. I booked for 3 nights; and wanted to pay 2 nights; they refused. This should be a learning curve for the hotel; better communication and in english. please !!!!!!
