Apartment with a jacuzzi close to Tehvandi

Очень просторная, превосходно оборудованная квартира в центре города. 7 минут пешком от автобусной станции. 12 минут от лыжных трасс Техванди, 25 минут пешком до пляжа на озере Пюхаярве. В двух шагах супермаркет, кафе. Парковка перед домом.

Не работала стиральная машина, что может быть проблемой, т.к. ближайшая общественная прачечная-автомат находится в Тарту, в часе езды на автобусе от Отепя.

The apartment is very clean and spaceous. Please consider this is located in the attic floor, that makes it very hot during the summer (small air conditioner available), I guess this is more suitable for winter stay with friends. It is well designed, located in the old panel building with renovated roof. The owners are helpful, you will find all you need in the apartment, we are very grateful. Big COOP shopping center in a 5 min walk. Great kids room. Thank you very much for this cozy home!

The subjective reasons (applicable only for us), as objectively all was very good - 1. The price is a bit too high. 2. The bed lining washed with the powder with very strong smell, during hot weather the smell gets even stronger. 3. We would prefer to have private bedroom as a separate room. These are not cons, just in this trip that was not very suitable for us.

The apartment is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. You have all you need for a perfect stay.
