Our third year and very easy to be here and have a good time. Its a good standard all round. They take it seriously and very pleasant people at the desk.
The Funicular maintenance was a pain on wednesday, but we used the ski in ski out instead. Wish they had heated boot racks in lockers as stinky, rented snowboard boots in the apartment is not ideal.

+ fairly spacious apartment with everything you normally need
+ individual ski locker for each room
+ great location with a 24/7 free cable car to the village
+ provides all necessary consumables in the room
+ covered parking available upon request (fee)
- most of the housekeeping is self service
- hot water only during peak shower times, else barely warm
- safe is for an additional fee, despite it is already installed in your apartment
- room is meeting guests with 19 degrees heating which is the recommended temperature for your stay by the hotel
- dishwasher is not in a very clean condition

Not much I'm afraid.
- Company took from me a 300eur deposit and didn't pay back (already 4 days passed). Strange procedure.
- Very difficult to find the residence (actually a nightmare).
- Unhelpful staff
- they make it look like an hotel in booking but is nothing like it.
- no cleaning
