"-Fantastic location. It is only a 5-minute walk to Hallgrímskirkja and a 10-minute walk to the BSI bus station. -The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and towels are provided. -..."

Location, cleanliness, ease of check in and check out. very big so didn't seem crowded at all
The only complaint I have is the showers namely the lack of water pressure.

The hostel is located two minutes from the cathedral and city centre. It has female dorms. Well equipped kitchen. It was very quiet.
Three out of four showers didn't work. Showers in the other area didn't have working lights. Customer service on the phone absolutely useless. No lockers in the dorm

Location was great. Kitchen worked well for us. Not many other guests in the area at any one time.
Room was spartan. Not even a chair to sit on. Bunk beds were adequate, made for younger travellers.
