The place was great: spacious and comfortable, in the vicinity of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, a gas station, a flower shop, and the like. Free parking available just 50 m from the property, surrounded by trees. A fragrant air freshener. Balmy bed linen. A lot of towels. Kitchen fully equipped, had even a toaster. Other than the essential condiments, there were also milk, eggs and a bottle of water in the refrigerator, as well as some sweet and savoury snacks, coffee, cappuccino, tea. Basic toiletries available in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, soap), even some basic make up. The nearest beach is about 800 m away, but I'd recommend taking a walk to find better beaches, as the this one is super crowded and thus not so nice. Also, I like to walk a lot and explore on foot, so I prefer the beaches in Baošići, Kumbor, Đenovići, and Zelenika, which are much better than Bijela. Last but not least, a super important aspect: to reach the place, you don't have to go uphill like in many other towns in the Bay of Boka Kotorska. This makes it easy to walk around and to drive too.
General cleanliness of the apartment could be significantly better. After the guest leaves, it would be super nice to vacuum under the bed and clean the tiles and the wall below the sink. Dust the cobwebs and spiderwebs. Check if the bed frame is still good, because it happened to me that the planks had moved (because several were missing) and fell out of the frame while I was there. Check if the kitchen is clean enough, clean the toaster of bread crumbles, defrost the freezer. Fix the handles and the rails on the shower cabin to ensure the screens actually close. Wash the toilet more thoroughly so that the bowl is completely clean (unfortunately, I had food poisoning and was forced to throw up in that same bowl for hours - did not feel hygienic, to say the least). Fix the slats on Venetian blinds so that they can actually block the light (out of 4 blinds in the room, 2 were not functional).
For a couple of days stay a guest can turn a blind eye to all this, especially one who is not super tidy; but since the place is so nice at first glance it would be great if the second glance was just as great as the first.

Excellent apartment: good location, very neat and well-equipped, great hot water pressure, everything as described. Ilija was very communicative and super helpful - the stay exceeded my expectations!
The wifi was a bit spotty and on and off.
