Beverly Haus is a quaint property that had all the necessities to enjoy our stay. Decorated very well and we loved the backyard gas fireplace, as well as, an actual wood burning area that was perfect for the Beautiful cool evenings we enjoyed while visiting Fredericksburg.
The MB bed was a tad bit uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, very close to Main Street. It’s in a very quite area, not noisy. The house is spacious and the beds were comfy; it has a good vibe.
The house was very dirty. Dust was everywhere and it looked like they didn’t clean the property for a long time. There was grime on the doors of the cabinets and the refrigerator was dirty inside and outside too. I booked this property because the rules said no pets but to my surprise the floors and the rugs were full of pet hair! Yuck!!!
