La cercanía a la playa y la terraza para desayunar mirando al mar.
El tamaño. Un poco pequeño para una familia de 5. Una habitación está integrada en el salón y separada por unas paredes de plástico.

Superb location & great views. Excellent value for money. This apartment looks like it is the owner’s pride & joy. Well equipped with lots of homely little extras.
Albert Villas, the letting agents were not really with it. Their excuse that you have to collect sheets & towels from their office to make up your own beds “because of Covid” was a bit far-fetched. Some towels were rags & they gave us the wrong size sheets. Lots of minor maintenance needs doing, like replacing missing bolt on loo seat, French doors & front door sticking, bed-head falling off, basin blocked, water filter tap loose & the bathroom could do with a thorough clean to remove black mould. Also, there was a nice iron but the ironing board was missing. End of season, so hopefully they will do maintenance over winter.
