Great location. The garage and parking place were very convenient and the kitchen electronic devices were very good.
The beds were too soft. The kitchen utensils were very old and there were not enough pans (and not big enough) compared to the number of people the house could host. There are a lot of stairs which are not very convenient with children. The curtains were too long which gave a neglected impression and they were not very obscuring. The windows need replacement.

Enttäuschend
Achtung! Extrem steile Treppen. Mit älteren Mensch oder kleinen Kindern nicht möglich. Sauberkeit: extrem schlecht (Couch wirklich ekelig, Dusche ganz schlecht gepflegt). Küche ebenfalls nicht wirklich appetitlich. Staub und schlechter Geruch, vor allem im Eingangsbereich (direkte Verbindung zur Garage). Ein Badezimmer befindet sich im EG. Der Rest der Wohnung verteilt sich über 2 weitere Etagen. Unpraktisch. Wir sind direkt nach der Ankunft geflüchtet und haben gegen hohe Mehrkosten spontan eine andere Unterkunft organisiert, weil ich meine Eltern (70 + ) nicht zumuten wollte, die Treppen zu steigen und die recht staubige Atmosphäre zu "genießen". Leider wohl unsere eigene Schuld, da wir aufgrund der Bilder nicht realisiert haben, wie unglücklich die Wohnverhältnisse wirklich sind. Für jüngere, anspruchslose Menschen vielleicht okay. Wer einen gewissen Standard gewohnt ist (und das erwartet man bei einer Wohnung, die nicht extra günstig ist), bitte zweimal überlegen! Es tut mir leid für den Vermieter, ich möchte hier nichts unterstellen und diesem auch nicht irgendetwas Böses - es ist nur unser Empfinden gewesen und wir waren sehr enttäuscht, da die Bilder extrem freundlich und sauber gewirkt haben.
