Przestrzegam przed praktykami Booking.com, z którego przez lata korzystałem bez obaw. Jednak od rezerwacji pokoju u pani Lucyny 29-31.07.24., kiedy to nie dostałem potwierdzenia rezerwacji, a z konta pobrano mnie kwotę z pobyt wiem, że można stracić pieniądze rezygnując z wyjazdu lub wyjechać ryzykując brak noclegu. Podobne kłopoty można by zrozumieć, gdyby istniała możliwość skutecznej reklamacji, ale kilkumiesięczna wymiana maili z botami, które domagały się nr rezerwacji i nr PIN-u, których nie dostałem, bo są podawane w potwierdzeniu. Nepohodlný tvrdý a úzký rozkládací gauč. V popisu se avizovala manželská postel, ale nebyla. Pokoj byl hezký, ale pro běžné užívání majtelkou. ale nebylo zde nic, kam si odložit věci, nábytek a skříně byly plné.
