Location was very good pretty much central to where we needed to go
Nice walks along the canal and through the jungle trail
The parking was a bit of a free for all .could apply to drop the curb in front of cottage for easy parking

It's a great location, just a 20-minute walk to the Moira Festival we went to. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds.
Before going I got in touch to ask what kind of coffee maker there was in the house, so that I'd take the appropriate type of coffee. I didn't get a response - only to get to the house and find out that there was NO coffee maker (despite it being in the list of facilities). When we got to the house there were only 3 towels - and there were 4 of us. There was a puddle of water on the kitchen and a broken bedside table propped on the wall. There was only one (used) roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and when I contacted the owner to see where I could find more he said we'd have to buy it, even though we stayed for 2 nights. I wasn't terribly impressed.
