Very attentive and friendly staff, instructions are clear, they try to help, and you feel welcomed there. Nice, tidy and spacious room, little balcony and local wine add to the whole impression :)

Very helpful staff at the reception and warm service, the Noceur room (a triple room) was clean, trendy and furnished tastefully, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area on the fringe of the old town with a supermarket steps away and restaurants around the corner. The public bus 13 to the Souda ferry port was a short 5 minutes walk away.
There was also a free bottle of wine in the mini fridge and a nespresso machine.
