The close proximity to alamein and almost every spot in sahel. The beach access. The helpful staff.
It is alittle bit outdated. Slight renovation would make this place a 1000 out of 10 experience.

the staff friendliness and willingness to support
- the beach assigned to the hotel is not nice at all. It is not consistent with a 4 star hotel rating. It is the same beach assigned to the rentals, very crowded, very limited food and beverages options and not clean.
- the breakfast is less than basic in terms of options and quality.
- in general, the hotel is old and could be renovated as the a/cs in general areas are not strong or don’t exist
