Great location but noisy apartment.

It was clean and the location is very close to the harbour/main area. Everything is within walking distance. The little kitchenette was great to have (only available in the bigger room). Airconditioning is great. The owner of the apartment was quick to respond via WhatsApp when we had questions or concerns.

The smaller room had no cook top/kitchenette, someone had smoked in the room, and the water from the shower didn’t drain. So we were moved to the bigger room. (Free upgrade). There were no toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) and no safe (the advert mentioned these both), there was only one fork. No one came to see us to check in or check out. It was done via WhatsApp, by sending a copy of your passport. (I don’t think it’s legal to send a copy of your passport due to the possibility of identity fraud). The apartment is on the first floor. There are two more floors above this apartment, which are rented out to tourists as well. Hence, the neighbours can be very loud. They had parties till 05:00 AM till the music finally stopped. They claimed they didn’t have a key to the front door (as there is no one to check people in), so they rang the doorbell, which rings downstairs (so you need to go and open the door). All neighbours pass your room as you are right next to the front door. This can be noisy.

Superb

The studio is right in the center of hvar making everything so accessible! It was very clean and cute! The host gave us great tips on where to eat and things to see and was very helpful!

The studio is really small making it not that comfortable in comparison to the price you pay for it.

Solo traveler here’s your spot

wow! location, location, location. Perfect for the solo traveler. it is literally 2 minutes from the ferry. it was super easy to find because the host sends pictures. it’s very clean. the shower water is hot and overall, as a female, I felt really safe. But the beds are not comfy and I wouldn’t try to cook there. the host provided everything to cook but it is very much a New York apartment - where everything is micro and neatly fitted away into complicate cabinets.

the beds are hard. the shower door area doesn’t have a lip but whatever, I think the other reviews are being dramatic over some water.

stayed for 2 days

I had stayed in the Amfora for a few days and just stayed here on our last 2 nights . it was fine for a day or so, it’s right beside a restaurant and beside the port. it was clean.

It's the small things that count. I miss it already!

Very comfortable, central location. Mia and Borna are super hosts! Loved the attention to detail with all the amenities in the apartment. I also appreciate that Mia shared her favorite beach and restaurant recommendations and also offered 'exclusive discounts' at popular restaurants in Hvar. These are the small things that truly made my holidays memorable. I am definitely staying here again when I visit Hvar next time.

Everything! Apartment is centrally located ,clean and beautiful! We would definitely recommend this place! The host is a great person and was ready to help us with everything we needed! So much charm in this place! would definitely return here!
