La estancia fue agradable, el personal ofrece un servicio excelente, la recepcionista es muy amable y atenta, lo que más apreciamos fue la disposición de ayudarnos permitiendo dejar el equipaje guardado en las instalaciones ya que llegamos muy temprano y el check in es hasta las 2, entonces nos apoyaron para no tener que cargar con todo mientras daba la hora de ingresar y las camas muy cómodas, sin problemas por el agua caliente, además Zacatlán pone de buen humor es un lugar muy bello
hubiera sido mejor si ofrecen desayunos en el hotel para no tener que salir temprano, y tener en la habitación tal vez un ventilador, hacía mucho calor en esos días
