Brak informacji o podłączeniu bojlera, po podłączeniu woda zazwyczaj była zimna chyba ze znowu się go podłączyło i czekało godzinę, dodatkowo drzwi od łazienki się nie zamykają do końca, w pokojach brak kluczy oraz wielka szyba w drzwiach przez którą wszystko widać. Brak światła głównego w łazience ale tutaj akurat właściciel przyszedł i dał lampkę.
