Not worth the price

Location is great, the place is very close to the beach. It's very silent, the air is great. The facilities are new, everything works great.

It was hard to contact the host on arrival, his cell was offline, because it was uncharged. The garage is on the -2 floor, the stall is very narrow, and the ramp is too steep for a lower or longer car. You only fit the toilet if you put your legs into the shower. The main bed had one of it's leg broken, the host didn't repair it despite it's been promised. The WiFi is cell based, and the prepaid card ran out of charge on the middle of our stay. The remote we got for the garage door ran out of battery on the first day, I had to wait until someone came so I can exit the garage.

Really good overall, could do with some small improvements to make stay better but we left happy.

Self catering apartment. Small induction hob and microwave which was perfect for making quick and simple meals.( There was no toaster and probably could do with a few more kitchen bits such as peeler and orange juicer ) Overall good enough for holiday. The property was very secure with gates locked at night. Underground car parking space. Note limited to 2m high. We couldn’t get in with land rover and roof box which wasn’t an issue as managed to get car parking spot just outside the apartment block. Close to the beach, in quieter area of Krynica which I think was a lot nicer but still only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Also 3rd floor apartment so had a view and a balcony with a sofa. Our kids are 3y and 1y and it was safe, could definitely do with kids safe socket covers. Indoor and outdoor kids areas. The person that we dealt with was really lovely and friendly.

There was no information pack. Also no washing facilities at the apartment, perhaps there was a laundry room within the building but we weren’t aware of it. Personally I would like more comfortable bedding but I’m super fussy. No blackout blinds, which is not necessary a negative but for our kids it was.

The apartment is well isolated also for network signal. Wifi was very week but we didn’t need it. On the balcony we had signal.

Short but nice stay

Perfect location, 3 min to the beach, quiet street, sea view (between the trees). Standalone apartament with lift from the garage. new. Perfect communication with host on arrival and departure.

Minor issues only: bed was new and hard for me, curtains dont fully stop the sunlight at the morning (and i used to sleep longer than until 7am).

Hat uns perfekt gefallen. Nach Danzig eine angenehme Ergänzung unseres kurzen Polen Urlaubes.

Zutritt zum Zimmer bei Anreise via Instruktion perfekt. Tiefgarage und Anbindung in die 3. Etage über den Fahrstuhl sind ein deutliches Plus. Separates Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage (zusätzlich im Winter noch Ölradiator), Handtücher - das passte super. Balkon mit ausreichender Größe und entferntem Meerblick in der warmen Jahreszeit sicher sehr angenehm.

Nutzung Netflix etc. (stream- Dienste) via TV für deutschsprachige Touristen. So aktuell nur polnisches TV verfügbar.

Nie było idealni czysto, łazienka wymagałaby doczyszczenia, kamień i osad pod prysznicem, w zakątkach pajęczyny, pralka dawno nie czyszczona. Łazieneczka malutka, dla 4-osobowej rodziny zdecydowanie za mała , nie było gdzie nawet rozwiesić ręczników

Pobyt udany, warty powtórzenia

Kuchnia wyposażona kompletnie ( zastawa stołowa, garnki, płyta indukcyjna, zmywarka, lodówka, kompletna zabudowa kuchenna). Sklepy w pobliżu świetnie zaopatrzone więc przygotowanie posiłków nie było problemem. W pobliżu znajdują się lokale serwujące śniadania ( cena 25- 50 zł/ osobę). Budynek w którym jest pensjonat jest bardzo dobrze usytuowany. Do plaży jest bardzo blisko. Do wyboru wejścia na plaże, reprezentacyjne/ główne nr 28 oraz dla rodzin z dziećmi nr 27. Teren przed budynkiem w którym znajduje się apartament jest gustownie zagospodarowany ( hortensje w tym kolorze, tak bujnie kwitnące można zobaczyć tylko nad morzem).

Nie mam pomysłu na zmiany.

Przestronnie, wygodnie, bezpiecznie, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, super kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu. W przypadku kłopotu gospodarz natychmiast służył pomocą. Bezpieczna przechowalnia rowerów, miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Jednym słowem 100% POZYTYW! Polecam to miejsce i obsługę!

Sumarycznie obiekt i pobyt ok.

Lokalizacja, bliziutko do plaży knajpek, sklepików. Z balkonu faktycznie widać morze, choć już znacznie przesłonięte przez rosnące blisko drzewa. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne w tracie pobytu. Przypisane do apartamentu miejsce w podziemnej hali garażowej w cenie.

Ogólna ocena była by wyzsza gdyby nie: - WiFi oględnie mówiąc bez szału tj wolne i mało stabilne. - Sypialnia nieco klaustrofobiczna i nieco wąskie/ciasne łóżko.

Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Schludnie, czysto. Zadbane miejsce. Byłam zimą i 5 minut pieszo do centrum, otwarte restauracje. Na plus również sala fitness. Polecam!!

Swietne miejsce na relaksujacy pobyt w spokojnej i zielonej czesci Krynicy Morskiej.

Bardzo wygodne choc niezbyt duze mieszkanie, dobrze wyposazona kuchnia, czyste. Piekne polozenie, w otoczoniu zieleni, blisko plazy, bardzo spokojna ulica. Piekny taras z meblami i lezakami.

Mieszkanie nie jest zbyt duze. Jest troche malo szaf, zwlaszcza w przedpokoju. W jednej sypialni lozko zajmuje cala szerokosc pokoju i trudno sie dostac do okna. W mieszakniu przydalby sie opis obslugi telewizora, zmywarki, zasad segregacji smieci, itd. Miejsca parkingowe sa extremalnie waskie.

Nowy budynek zatem standard nowoczesnego budownictwa mieszkaniowego. Lokalizacja, garaż podziemny, duży telewizor wygodna kanapa w salonie.

Ogrzewanie klimatyzacją strasznie wysusza powietrze i nozdrza, internet w routerze jest na kartę i wystarcza na jeden wieczór z netflixem. Trzeba się upominać o doładowanie co nie jest komfortowe. Reszta ok.
