    Location is my fave since it is close to Hypermart. Toiletries and food isn’t an issue. Kinda far from the city tho also because of the traffic in the main road.

    We were looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, we decided to transfer to another accommodation because we were not as comfortable as we had hoped. Upon arrival, we asked if the property could issue an Official Receipt (OR) aside from the electronic receipt provided by Agoda but they said they could not issue one because the booking was made online through Agoda. As far as I know, accommodations should still be able to issue an Official Receipt upon request, so I hope this can be clarified or improved for future guests. When we entered the room, there was no running water. I informed the reception, and they said they were still repairing the water system. Since the room had already been reserved for our arrival, I believe this should have been resolved before guests checked in. The air conditioner did not cool the room properly, even when set to the lowest temperature. The water supply would sometimes stop unexpectedly, and when it was running, it had an unpleasant smell. The room was also quite dark, with only one small light bulb and no bedside or dim lighting. We had originally planned to extend our stay, but because of these issues, we decided to move to another accommodation instead. I hope the management can address these concerns to help provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.
