- good location
- dampness in the bathroom - the owners were panicking all the time that we were going to destroy their apartment, although we didn't give them any reason for that

The locarion was excellenrt. The accomodation had an overall good first impression.
Not that clean. Outdated and some of the furniture in a bad condition (a very bad matress in one of the bedrooms and the cabinet in the bathroom is falling apart, the tub is very outdated and in a bad shape), in an old building that has no elevator (3rd floor) and no internet. Few or no basic day to day items (toilet paper, trash bags).
