الفلل كبيرة من ثلاث طوابق مداخلها من جهة الشارع بمواقف للسيارات وجميعها تفتح على الشاطئ من الجهة الأخرى ، الشاطئ نظيف مخصص لجميع فلل انديوم ، كما يوجد بها مسابح داخليه بعضها مطل على الشاطئ وبعضها فيه خصوصية أكثر ،
ارتفاع السعر بعض الشي لا يوجد خدمات قريبة من اسواق ومطاعم وغيره تحتاج المتابعة المستمرة من تجديد أثاث ودهان وغيره عدم توفير انترنت

تسريب مياه المسبح الى الصالة بسبب ارتفاع مستوى المساحة الخارجية اعلى من مستوى الفيلا مما اضطرنا لسحب الماء كل نصف ساعة دينامو فلتر المسبح مكشوف بطريقة غير آمنة كما ان أسلاك الفلتر قريبة من سطح الارض المبلل دائما مما اضطرنا إلى عدم استعمال المسبح
