Katie, the host is wonderful. Very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Great location. Kitchenette was very helpful. Easy self-entry. Plenty of clean towels. Parking available. Coffee, snacks, candy, toothpaste, and floss provided. No pressure to clean or excessive rules like AirBnB properties.
Floors didn’t feel clean. We don’t wear shoes indoors and prefer to be barefoot; however, our feet were dirty after walking barefoot indoors. If you’re one to wear shoes indoors, this wouldn’t be an issue.
Sheets also did not feel clean. Sandy debris on the duvet and some short white hairs inside.
AC omits a pet-odor and when people smoke outside their rooms, the smell enters.

Location was amazing, easy to park, great communication.
For the price we paid, we deserve a better bedding set, cleaning also could be better.

Beautifully decorated and so close to downtown Bracebridge. Easy to access and everything you could possibly require including dishes, bedding, towels and LOTS of pillows. The host is very attentive and easy to contact. An overall excellent visit and stay.
One bed was considerably more comfortable than the other and the floors were cold.
