Everything was lovely and clean we had everything in close vasinity and Giannis and his team where lovely friendly and very helpful Beautiful place and beautiful people. We look forward to seeing them again next year

Exi Sea Side Suites are very well located near to Perissa Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice communal outside space with hammocks, picnic tables and seating areas. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay at Perissa Beach.

The property was in a good location across guns road from the beach close to the bus stop and restrains supermarket.
It is a two story facility with two bedrooms upstairs and a small bathroom downstairs. The stairs are pretty dangerous. You can’t even place one foot on a step properly to walk up or down. I definitely don’t recommend this property for anyone who has trouble with stairs as they are also really steep.
