REDROOF Goris Boutique Hotel

Despite it's a bit overpriced, the location is excellent and the rooms are clean and renovated. The staff is friendly and professional, the restoraunt downstairs is also good but could be overcrowded at the weekend. Free parking near the hotel.

Everything was fine, and if you're ready to pay more and get the accomodation without surprise - it worth it.

Beautiful property with nice tranquil garden. Comfortable bed & good size room with balcony overlooking the garden. Hot water kettle, and fridge in the room. Modern good size bathroom. Good restaurant on premise. Very good Bkfst served. Friendly staff.

Lights in garden on all night, not necessary & disturbs rooms overlooking garden. WiFi not great in the room & was intermittent at times. Smoking should be prohibited on balconies & near rooms or Bkfst area.

Our stay at REDROOF Goris Boutique Hotel was truly beyond our expectations. Everything about this place is exceptional. I have stayed in many hotels across different European countries, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced this level of cleanliness, care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. The entire property is extremely well maintained, and our room was spotlessly clean. It was cleaned every day and always felt fresh and comfortable. The garden deserves a special mention. It is absolutely beautiful and clearly created with great love and attention. There are flowers everywhere, perfectly maintained lawns, beautiful trees and plants, charming little corners where you can sit, relax or have dinner, and wonderful lighting in the evening. The whole garden has a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere. It is one of those places where you simply want to spend time and enjoy the surroundings. The restaurant was also excellent. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented, and the service was warm and attentive. Breakfast was superb as well - fresh, delicious, nicely arranged, and very convenient. Above all, what made our stay especially memorable was the hospitality of our host, Astghik. She is incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, always smiling and genuinely interested in making her guests feel comfortable. We were staying at the hotel during my wife's birthday, and Astghik arranged a lovely little surprise for her with a cake and a candle. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the day even more special for us. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were ready to help immediately, although in reality we did not have a single real problem during our stay. Everything was handled professionally and with a very personal touch. The location is also excellent. From our balcony, we had a beautiful view over Goris and the surrounding mountains. Waking up and seeing the mountains directly from the balcony was wonderful.

The only small point for improvement would be the waiting time for food in the restaurant during busy periods. Since the restaurant is clearly very popular and can be quite busy, some dishes may take a little longer to arrive at the table. This is only a minor suggestion and did not affect our overall experience, which was excellent.
