Hosts are very welcoming and have a huge knowlegde of the region! The B&B interieur is very detailed and calms you down! We have booked the complementary dinner options, Nordic Thali & Wild cooking. With the Thali comes along the best smoked salmon, we ever had on this planet & it's producecd locally!!!! The breakfast was also amazing we missed nothing!
If you come by car you don't have to worry about anything. with the public transport plan some puffer times between the bus & the train.

Wij voelden ons direct thuis in deze nostalgische B&B. Mooie, rustige omgeving. Alle tijd voor een heerlijk en gezond ontbijt. Gezellige ontbijtkamer om andere gasten te ontmoeten. Ruime kamers met Zweedse sfeer. Gastheer Francois is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en denkt met je mee als je inspiratie op wil doen voor een bezienswaardigheid, wandeling of leuke locatie om iets te eten of drinken. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Nordic Refuge.

Prachtige ingerichte B&B, fijne ligging, lekker ontbijt en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer! Kortom een fantastische plaats om een paar dagen te onthaasten.

Diese Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht 100% zu empfehlen. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und stilvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Das Frühstück sehr liebevoll angerichtet: es geht hier um die Qualität statt Quantität. Alles wird nachgereicht, sobald es aufgebraucht ist. Die Lage ist traumhaft - mitten in der Natur: Badesee, Waldwege, Astrid Lindgren Drehorte - alles direkt um die Ecke.
Nur zur Info: es gibt keinen Supermarkt direkt im Ort. Jedenfalls nicht zu den Zeiten, wo wir ihn gebraucht hätten. Allerdings wussten wir dies vorher und sind dann eben abends um 19:00 Uhr 20min zum Einkaufen gefahren. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Und vielleicht fragt ihr dann im „Wohn/Spiel/Essbereich die anderen Familien: vielleicht benötigt noch jemand etwas und freut sich, wenn es mitgebracht wird.
