Все супер! Просто ідеальна квартира для того щоб залишитись на відпочинок! Дуже чисто , охайно. Особливо мені подобається запах в квартирі) Ввічливі , комунікабельні власники!

I have stayed at this apartment a few times, and it seems to be the best place to stay in Konotop. There are hotels closer to the city center, but they are terrible, so the short walk makes this place worth it. It is easy to check in and out, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. I will stay here every time I return to Konotop.

This was my second time staying at this apartment. The hotels in Konotop are very old, badly maintained, and rated low, so I believe this apartment is the best place to stay in Konotop. Although the building and yard look old, the apartment itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was communicative and friendly by message.

Although I'd prefer to stay in the absolute city center, there are only very bad hotels there, so it is worth it to walk just a little farther and stay at this comfortable apartment.

This apartment was perfect for my visit to Konotop. The building is a bit old, but the apartment is fresh and stylish and very clean. All the essentials were available in the kitchen plus some extras like tea and coffee. The host was especially friendly and helpful. I'd forgotten an item at the apartment, and the host mailed it to me along with a nice bonus gift. I definitely plan on staying here again on my next trip to Konotop!

I was a little nervous about having a first-floor apartment with windows facing the street and also not staying in the city center; however, it is a quiet residential neighborhood, felt very safe, and there is the daily street market nearby so that it doesn't feel far away. The walk to the center is only about 10-15 minutes.
