Perfetto, luogo, proprietari e dintorni. Un territorio da amare

Siamo stati accolti da Stefania, donna molto simpatica e gentilissima. Il posto è confortevole, parcheggio privato, spazio all'aperto per bere qualcosa o leggere. In pochi minuti si raggiungono diversi luoghi da visitare, un territorio meraviglioso che offre tantissimo, senza considerare i prodotti della gastronomia, capolavori.

Il residence è al centro di Cavasso Nuovo, è molto ben tenuto ed è pulito - la posizione è ottimale, via dalla confusione e dal traffico, ma si raggiunge facilmente ed è comoda per diverse escursioni, prima fra tutte la visita al lago di Barcis che è molto bello - Stefania è una persona straordinaria, gentile, simpatica e sempre disponibile pur senza essere invadente - il parcheggio è dentro adiacente al residence - il residence possiede due luoghi di relax comuni, uno dentro e l'altro fuori ma coperto - l'alloggio è come si vede nelle foto sul sito, è ben dimensionato e dotato di tutto il necessario, in cucina anche di più vista la disponibilità di olio, aceto, sale, rotolo di carta, ecc. il bagno è pulito e funzionale - il letto è confortevole e la tv funziona bene. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per soggiorni medio/brevi.

Wir haben zu zweit neun Tage in einem Einzimmer-Apartment der familiär geführten Residence Stefania in Cavasso Nuovo (Friaul) verbracht – und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, funktional ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen Selbstversorger-Aufenthalt braucht: ein großes Doppelbett, ein separates Bad mit Dusche sowie eine Küchenzeile mit 4-flammigem Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und Essbereich. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Fenster mit Fliegengittern und das kostenlose WLAN. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar für Fragen oder Tipps zur Umgebung. Kommunikation war sowohl auf Italienisch als auch auf Englisch problemlos möglich. Die Lage eignet sich ideal für sportliche Aktivitäten – wir waren zum Gleitschirmfliegen am Monte Valinis dort. Ein größeres Einkaufszentrum findet man im Nachbarort, sodass auch die Selbstversorgung unkompliziert war. Fazit: Wer eine einfache, saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft in familiärer Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Der Hund vom Nachbarn bellt sehr laut und häufig (auch bei Nacht). Dafür kann aber unser Gastgeber nichts.
