Good location. Great value for money
Paolo was super warm and welcoming. He was very committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The unit is in an excellent location and we'll equipped with coffee machine, pots and pans, oven. It was also very spacious. It's also right near stores and only 10 minutes walk from the main center that has the galleries , stores, and museums.
The unit is on the second floor of Paolo's house so you need to go into his home to reach the rooms. He and his wife are lovely but it's still inside their house. The unit is full of vintage stuff and the style is old fashioned.

Excellent location to explore Pietrasanta, and nearby towns with very helpful host
Property is on a quiet street off main road. It is an annex of the bigger and quite unique house, with owner living on the site and always ready to help with any questions or issues. It is well stocked with everything required for a short stay. Old historic part of Pietrasanta and train station are short 10-15 minutes walk away. So are the trailheads if you are interested in exploring local mountains. Beach is about 5-6 km from the house. Owner was kind to let us use the bikes, which were quite handy for exploring the seaside and neighbouring towns. Overall check-in/check-out experience was excellent. Looking forward to return there in the future.

Comfortable, quiet, well equipped apartment close to all amenities and Via Francigena
Quirky apartment on outskirts of Pietrasanta in quiet location close to Via Francigena. Well equipped and spacious. Lovely garden in which to relax with a drink after hard days walk. Close to Conad supermarket. Friendly and obliging host. Plenty of cooking extras to prepare a lovely meal

Breve soggiorno alla scoperta del Parco delle Apuane e il mare della Versilia
Accoglienza ottima. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e servito dí tutto. Possibilità di parcheggio privato e una sistemazione sicura e al coperto per le bici che ci ha offerto il proprietario senza nemmeno fossimo noi a chiedere. L’ospitalità è un punto forte: check-in anticipato (quando possibile ovviamente), consigli e tantissime altre gentilezze.

Un soggiorno mordi e fuggi, ma ricorderò e consiglierò l'alloggio de Signor Paolo senza dubbio.
Senza dubbio, la gentilezza e la simpatia del proprietario, il Signor Paolo, che tra le altre cose mi è venuto a prendere puntualissimo alla stazione di Pietrasanta, così da raggiungere l'alloggio in gran comodità.
Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi
