Lokalizacja, komunikacja miejska i podmiejska w pobliżu obiektu, pobliskie atrakcje Starówka, zamek, park, poczucie bezpieczeństwa, bliskość obiektów gastronomicznych, życzliwość mieszkańców.
Łóżka przystosowane bardziej dla dzieci niż dorosłych, majacych wieksze gabaryty. Brak dodatkowego prześcieradła na sofę, by mieć wygodniejsze spanie. Wejście na piętro po wysokich długich schodach.

Dobra lokalizacja w centrum. Przestronny lokal z aneksem kuchennym. Cichy mimo lokalizacji w centrum.
W trakcie pobytu zauważona została usterka boilera-kapanie wody, co zostało zgłoszone właścicielowi. Niestety nie uzyskano odpowiedzi zwrotnej. Luźno zamontowany w ścianie uchwyt prysznica. Dość powierzchownie posprzątany lokal - w koszu pozostawione śmieci poprzednich lokatorów.
