It was very close to my exam venue and they were able to accommodate me leaving early and arriving a bit later. The air conditioner was a very nice addition that kept me warm.

I arrived in the dark and it was a little bit difficult to see the sign outside the property.

I liked everything. I called to check in a bit earlier because I had some work to do and the person I spoke to was very accommodating and said if the room was not ready they'd provide a space for me to work from. When I got to reception the lady who was helping me was sooooooo nice. After effortlessly assisting me to check in, she sent a welcome message via WhatsApp in case I needed to reach out. The room blew my mind!!! Honestly, for the price I paid and having checked out from an accommodation I didn't like, I regretted not booking at Libra sooner. It was big and everything was provided for!!! Not just big but also very clean. Everything was 10/10 and, I have to say, I'm not easily impressed. The atmosphere and overall experience was peaceful. I wish I had stayed for longer but will definitely be coming back.

Honestly, nothing. I heard some drilling sounds but they we're quick to respond and clarify that there was some work carried out in the other room. The noise stopped in a few minutes and the rest of the stay was serene.

Location and Garden

I don't usually give a bad review but we were given a room that looked no have stayed there for months. Spiders and webs on the corner of the rooms. The dump as you walk in due to mold on the walls and ceilings. We wouldn't sleep. We complained to the reception regarding the state of the room but we were told they were full booked. The pillows were wet inside like they were washed a day before our arrival, it was disappointing as this place had good reviews. Unfortunately dont think will ever go back to this place, very disappointed. Pics attached
