Appartement fonctionnel, bien aménagé et très calme. On a vraiment apprécié la vue sur mer, sur le port, ainsi que l'accueil des hôtesses de l'Agence. Idéal aussi la proximité du centre ville, des nombreux commerces, des restaurants, de la gare. On a adoré notre séjour à Granville.
Manque cafetière à filtre, une penderie.

• The location and views were brilliant. Close to the port and town centre for the numerous restaurants and bars and the view from the balcony were amazing. • Kept up to date via emails
• The €500 deposit could be insured at an additional cost of around €30 for the week • Hire of bed line and towels an extra €20 • If cleaning was needed an extra €60 • The car park was impossible to park a car unless it was a very small mini or Twingo! There is no space to manoeuvre and even on trying to exit it was extremely tight and led a scrape on the back wing of my car!

Appartement entièrement face mer, exposé sud donc bien ensoleillé. On peut tout faire à pied car les commerces sont à 10 minutes et il y a un ascenseur. Le garage privé est un plus compte tenu des difficultés pour se garer à Granville. Une petite plage pour la baignade juste en bas de l'immeuble.
Pas de penderie. Vraiment dommage ! Cintres disponibles : on suspend les vêtements les uns sur les autres à l'aide d'un porte manteau fixé sur le côté des meubles. Pas top !
