A great, well-equipped house in an enchanting, picturesque, inspiring and relaxing environment.

Everything was absolutely amazing. It is the most picturesque, beautiful and inspiring environment ever experienced. The garden is fairytale-like, with lots of flowers, a pond, and steps down to a platform near a very small river, where you can sit, make a fire or do a bbq. Over the river is a bridge, leading to the nearest village, with several walks in the area. In the forest behind the river are quite some fireflies... The house is super cute, it has a well-equipped kitchen, a cleverly built bathroom (box in a box under the roof) and a BOX SPRING bed (BONUS!!!). The whole place is very enchanting. Highly recommended.

Great hosts that welcome you to a cozy cottage that has everything you need for an excellent stay in the Ardennes! The terrace next to the stream also comes equipped with a small fireplace to enjoy Belgian beer in the evening. The location is great for exploring the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended!

Heerlijk winter-wandel kortverblijf

We verbleven er drie nachten. Een charmant huisje en zeer gezellig ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en een heerlijke pellet kachel hield ons lekker warm. Perfect voor twee personen en een fijne omgeving om veel wandelingen te doen. We hebben genoten van de rust en we kunnen ons inbeelden dat het in de andere seizoenen nog prachtiger is (tuin). De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en je mag hen altijd iets vragen. Wij komen graag terug

Lekker lang weekend in de Ardennen. Prachtig zo in de herfst.

Locatie was prima. Huis lag achterin de prachtige grote tuin van de host. Prima te bereiken en voldoende privacy.

Gezellig huisje

De prachtige tuin en omgeving zijn echt fantastisch. In de buurt waren heel wat leuke wandelroutes en vlak aan de ourte met heeft heel leuke stadjes in de buurt, de vriendelijke gastvrouw en haar leuke familie maken het plaatje compleet. Wij komen zeker terug!

Fijne rustige plek om te zijn.

De tuin was erg fijn en een heerlijk rustige plek om te vertoeven. Verschillende plekken waar je kon zitten. Ook erg leuk om direct aan de Urthe te kunnen zitten. Wij hadden de fietsen bij ons die konden droog staan en er was een oplaad mogelijkheid aanwezig. De accommodatie op de begane grond is prima en ruim genoeg voor twee personen. De douche en toilet zijn klein maar voldoen aan alle eisen. Lekker snel warm water dit geldt ook voor de keuken.

Doordat het een open ruimte is tussen zitgedeelte/keuken en het slaapgedeelte was de koelkast/koeling erg goed hoorbaar deze slaat bijna elk uur wel een keer aan. Tevens was er op het terras een vieze penetrante geur aanwezig die in vlagen voorbij kwam. Mogelijk dat hier de vele vliegen ook uit voortkomen. Een raam of deur open zetten was daardoor niet mogelijk. Het slaapgedeelte is op zich goed echter de vloer lijkt alleen uit planken te bestaan en is hierdoor beneden erg gehorig. Verder viel het op dat meerdere gasten deze en andere punten hebben benoemt maar dat er vooralsnog niets mee gedaan is. O.a. de tv op het slaapgedeelte, een lekkere bank ipv stoelen, het bed erg zacht( blijft wel persoonlijk) en de hinderlijke geur en de vliegen.

Prachtige plek om een weekendje in de Ardennen te verblijven

Fijn huisje maar slecht geslapen

Sfeervol net opgeknapt huisje achterin een prachtige tuin. Achter het huisje loopt een stromend beekje met vlakbij een indrukwekkende beverburcht. Heerlijk terras met middagzon en uitzicht op de tuin. Voldoende privacy ondanks dat je bij mensen in de achtertuin verblijft.

De accomodatie kan nog zo mooi zijn, maar als je beroerd slaapt heb je er weinig aan. Het matras was veel te zacht waardoor we beide met nek en rugpijn wakker werden. De dekbedden waren kinder maatjes (veel te kort voor ons (wij hebben een gemiddelde NLdse lengte van 1.85 lang)) maar wel weer veel te dik voor de zomer. Gelukkig kregen we een 1p dekbedovertrek wat lang genoeg was, en net warm genoeg zonder dekbed. Ik raad aan een lang genoeg zomerdekbed en een harder matras te aan te schaffen (beide van goede kwaliteit).

Charmant huisje in mooie tuin

We kwamen voor de tweede keer in dit charmant ingericht huisje in de buurt van Hamoir. Rustige plek in mooie tuin en goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. Bij thuiskomst gaf de pellet kachel een gezellige sfeer om bij te komen en te relaxen. Parkeren vóór de deur. Echt een aanrader!

Charmant, rustgevend, ontspannend ... gewoonweg FANTASTISCH!!!

Het mooie charmant gerenoveerde huisje met terrasje is héél rustig gelegen aan een groene tuin, langs een beekje, De inrichting is héél gezellig. Er wordt veel met hout gewerkt (plafonds, trap, vloer ...) wat een heel warme uitstraling geeft, mede ook door de pellet-kachel. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De hosts zijn zeer vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst kregen we een vriendelijke rondleiding van Marie-Noëlle én informatie ivm het huisje en de omgeving, nl. mogelijke wandelroutes en bezienswaardigheden. Wij hebben 4 heerlijke rustgevende daagjes beleefd en gaan zeker nog eens terug!

Een tip ... misschien af en toe eens de keukenspullen (potten en pannen) tussen 2 bezoeken spoelen. Maar dit is dan ook écht het enige wat we kunnen opmerken!

Magnifique petit séjour

L'ambiance de la maison hyper cosy et très calme, le jardin magnifique, des promenades à proximité de la maison, la gentillesse et la discrétion du propriétaire.
