Wysoki komfort mieszkania. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości i rozmiarów wnętrza do ceny. Świetne wyposażenie, nowe i dobrej klasy. Bardzo estetyczny wystrój.
Nieporozumieniem jest lokalizacja apartamentu obok prywatnego domu. Ścieżka do niego przebiega przed samymi drzwiami. Nie da się korzystać z tarasu, bo ciągle ktoś przechodzi. Nie ma też firanek - przechodzący zaglądają do pokoju dziennego i kuchni. Koszmarny hałas. Liczna grupa dzieci z prywatnego domu cały czas bawi się na podwórzu - zaraz obok tarasu apartamentu.
