The location is quiet and close to the tram stop
The kettle and dishes are available in the dinning room but there is no water tap, which made it difficult to wash used dishes and have a tea. Some uncapped glass jars filled with water but the water looked unfresh

The room was bright, the beds were comfortable, amazing bathroom, and even a fridge.
The Wi-Fi was terrible, and refused to stay connected. I could do little or nothing on the Wi-Fi. The traffic noise was louder and more consistent than expected, and it was simply too hot to close the windows.

The location is on the main road & easy to locate.
It was clean overall.
First the same room was allotted to two guests who came to our room at 11 pm & we sorted it out over call.
The mattress cover/bedsheet was full of lint.While sleeping it was really uncomfortable.(Photo added)
Finally you come to any property & expect the wifi to be functional at least.There was no speed/bandwidth to even open Google search properly.
Forget using the TV as none of the channels even show up on the menu.
