The price and location was excellent, with views of Moosehead Lake and being less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Greenville. There is a 9-hole golf course, semi-private beach, and tennis court on site. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was also a plus.
Most of the apartment was extremely dated, particularly the bathrooms and kitchen. The WiFi is also spotty depending on where you are located within the condo.

Beautiful view of the lake from our condo. Living room furniture looked new and was very comfortable. All bedrooms had their own bathroom and the beds were comfortable.
Overall the condo was very dated. There was a problem with one of the bedroom doors and one time it took 5 minutes to get it open. There were a lot of fruit flies. The carpeting looked dingy and had multiple stains. Kitchen was adequate, but again, it was dated. The place would be a beautiful with some renovations. $300 cleaning fee is excessive and not reflective in the appearance of the space.
