New two-floor house comfortable for accommodating two families with kids. The entire home looks like brand new, I would guess a year, max two years ago. Everything is fresh new, small cute white cedar trees border the territory. The home is extremely comfortable, cozy living room sofa, fully packed kitchen for a week stay, safe for 4-year old stairs with no gaps between stairs, nice balcony and 1st floor terrace for early morning coffee, bedrooms are more than enough for a sleepover (more is not needed near the sea shore). Extra points for beautiful clean back yard with lawn (it was fresh cut at the middle of the week and over the weekend), trampoline made our kid busy each day for hours. Territory looked safe, silent surrounding and house location a bit distanced from main road made it safe for kid spending time on her own outside. Jacuzzi is a cool addition of course. Water was changed in the middle of the week after couple days of our stay. There were no towels when we arrived, so we asked for them, kind hosts provided them with no issues. House is located at the walking distance from shore and nice beaches, so we walked, leaving our car at home. Thanks for lovely stay, everything was top notch
