Localização próxima à praia do centro e ao centrinho de Pipa. A estrutura do condomínio é boa, com estacionamento e piscina.
São muito inflexíveis com o horário do checkout, mesmo eu tendo chegado às 4 da manhã no primeiro dia e tentando solicitar a flexibilização com antecedência. Eles não tinham outro hóspede e mesmo assim na cederem algumas horas.
Além disso ao foi fornecida uma limpeza de quarto por 4 dias de hospedagem.
O café da manhã vem de fora e é bem fraco.

Um pouco distante da praia e do centro, e o fato de ser proibido levar qualquer pessoa rapidamente foram pontos não favoráveis

I messed up with the breakfast and the staff went out of thier way to sort it out. Breakfast is delivered to the room / chalet
Other guests coming back late and waking us up , could remind guests returning late to please be quiet and show a little respect
