Dårlige senger , og badet burde oppjusterast.

Ruim huis met een prettig gevoel. Vers bloemetje op tafel en genoeg brandhout. Goede plek om terug te komen na bv skieen of een dag weg.

Keukenapparatuur was gedateerd en sommige kleine dingen. Niet echt storend maar klein punt van verbetering

Very good price for a large accommodation, very friendly hosts. Lots of beautiful hiking trails nearby.

Interior is a bit dated, but this is reflected in the good price.

We weren't there as I mixed it up with another Røisheim 2 hours away from the booked appartment.. I realized this 24 hours before planned arrival and called immediately. Unfortunately, the landlord wasn't prepared to reimburse the recurring cost element, such as cleaning, heating, handing over etc., Let aside the rental cost. So he made everything right from his financial point of view although booking.com offered him to reimburse also a fraction of it. I called again, but he kept his hard line. Certainly, he was legally on the safe side...
