No wifi in the property?! The sky lights, which were shown in the pictures of the property at the time of booking, we were not allowed to open them. There were warnings on the walls not to open them?! On asking the Sabine, she said it's not allowed? The neighbourhood was very run down. There is no light at night outside the building, so it was very hard to find

Also, there was a hazard on the upper floor, which was a very heavy mental and glass structure that was not fixed on the floor. As a result, we almost prevented an accident with the kids. Also, there was no space in the cupboards.

Waste of time and money

Didn't find the apartment, was left knocking doors across the street, when i rang for help i waited a long time in the rain for a call back. the location seemed run down and not safe. Finally got in touch with hosts and they were confrontational and unhelpful. ended up getting a last minute hotel in Metz.

Great new loft, we had a great time. The host does not speak English, although advertised.

The loft is exactly as pictured, large and modern. The kitchen has a very nice new stovetop and an oven that can reach 300°C. Once you complete the deposit, you receive a code to collect the keys to the loft as well as instructions how to enter the building. Other then the miscommunication we had, our stay was excellent and we could definitely revisit.

When we arrived, we had not yet received the code needed to collect the keys to the building and the loft. I had asked before hand if the deposit succeeded, because we did not get any confirmation. The host told us everything was fine. We had some issues with the card we used, but we did not know at the time. Because of this miscommunication, we stood outside the building for an hour, calling and texting the host and another person in charge of all the technical things. They both did not speak English, although advertised on the page of the loft. After we completed the deposit with another card, we immediately received the codes and were able to enter the building. Because it's a rather new loft, there are some things missing in the kitchen. We cooked for ourselves every time so I missed a cutting board, maybe a bigger pot would be nice but that's not a must, and there were no spoons. At the time of our visit there was no WiFi, but according to the host, this will be an addition in the near future. The location of the building is not great, located next to a railway and what looked like an old factory where still was some activity. That being said, it did not really bother us because there are a lot of things to do in a ~25km range around the building.

Ustensiles de cuisine dans un état médiocre, beaucoup beaucoup trop de message sur booking pour très peu d’information utiles, une demande de caution sur Booking! Ce n’est pas super et pas attirant.

Séjour en famille

Très bons échanges avec Sabine et son équipe. L'appartement est fonctionnel, spacieux. Les enfants avaient leur lit et ont pu jouer avec des jeux de société mis à disposition. La literie était de bonne qualité. Nous étions à 5 minutes du zoo et de toutes les activités de loisirs, le top. Il y a une place de parking dans la cour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, encore merci 😊

La cucina, completa e con ogni utensile a disposizione, la comodità del letto, gli ampi spazi dell'alloggio.

Carenza di pulizia (c'era polvere ovunque), sporcizia sotto i mobili e il divano rotto (mi sono fatta male sedendo in un punto dove non c'era supporto). Il climatizzatore era inutilizzabile in quanto il tubo per l'uscita dell'aria era attaccato con il nastro adesivo. Il personale non parla nessun'altra lingua se non il francese e le risposte via WhatsApp sono state sempre secche. Mi aspettavo gentilezza, accoglienza e disponibilità che non ho avuto.

de la place pour se garer , hall très propre, l'appartement est propre également , l'attention faite de nous avoir préparer un lit 2 places pour nos enfants et ainsi éviter qu'ils dorment sur le canapé, Nous avons apprécié notre nuit dans ce loft , l'hôte hyper sympa car nous sommes arrivée quelques minutes après l'horaire initial

le manque de luminosité dans l'appartement une fois la nuit tombée , il manque quelques lumières supplémentaires La chasse d'eau ou il faut ouvrir le robinet et le refermer, une petite note pour indiquer cela La porte vitré de la douche qui ne ferme pas complètement mais reste entre ouverte

Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours absolument parfait dans cet appartement loft ! L’espace est spacieux, lumineux, et impeccablement propre. Tout est parfaitement équipé pour accueillir 4 personnes confortablement, avec une literie de grande qualité et de petites attentions très appréciées. Les enfants ont adoré les jeux mis à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Wir haben dieses Zimmer zur Übernachtung nach einem Besuch im Zoo in Amneville mit 4 Personen gebucht. (6 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Zoo an die Unterkunft) Hierzu wurde im unteren Bereich ein Schlafplatz für 2 Personen errichtet und ein Doppelbett ist auf der oberen Etage. Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Haus und das mit dem Schlüsselkasten hat auch gut geklappt. Wir sind leider wieder abgereist und haben das Zimmer nicht benutzt und garnicht übernachtet. Dazu war es leider zu heiß in dem Zimmer und die Klimaanlage konnte das bei einer Außentemperatur von 37 grad nicht herunterkühlen. Aber das Personal (Putzteam vor Ort) und auch die Dame die dieses Loft vermietet, waren sehr nett und haben sich prompt sehr professionell um unser Anliegen gekümmert. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würden wir das nächste mal wieder bei dieser Dame etwas buchen, auch wenn es dieses Mal nicht mit der Übernachtung geklappt hat. Wir können über die Kommunikation und Abwicklung nichts negatives sagen.

An heißen Tagen wird es trotz dem Klimagerät sehr heiß in dem Loft, weil das Dach sehr aufgeheizt ist. Für uns war es mit 4 Personen und über 30 Grad im Zimmer leider nicht möglich dort komfortabel zu übernachten, da auch nachts nur zwei sehr kleine Fenster im unteren Bereich zum öffnen zur Verfügung stehen. Die Lage ist zunächst bei Anreise erst einmal sehr Abschreckend, da das Haus und die Gegend von außen sehr vernachlässigt erscheint. Die Einfahrt vom Parkplatz muss man tatsächlich erst einmal finden und ebenso den richtigen Eingang. Im Hausflur war es nicht sehr sauber und es roch tatsächlich stark nach nassen Hund. Das Zimmer war aber in Ordnung und da roch es auch nicht nach Hund.

Um ehrlich zu sein nichts. Schreckliche Lage, Ausblick auf Müll, Schlafsofa absolut unzumutbar, sehr stinkender Flur, kaputte Klobrille, stark verkalkte Kaffeemaschine, Bad dunkel, ohne Lüftung und schmutzig. Alle 10 minuten läuft das Wasser sehr laut. Die Nachbarin ( wohnhaft dort ) laut, schreiend, betrunken steht um halb eins Nachts vor der Tür. Wegen ihr Polizei Einsatz die ganze Nacht konnten wir nicht schlafen. Auf Anfrage auf Stornierung ( weil wir unsere zweite Nacht in unserem Zwischenstopp AUF KEINEN FALL DORT VERBRACHTEN ) Kam zuerst keine Reaktion dann eine Absage der Stornierung und Rückerstattung. Unverschämtheit. DIE SCHLECHTESTE UNTERKUNFT UND ÜBERNACHTUNG DIE WIR JE HATTEN. Zu dem bekommen sie dutzende Regeln ( sonst Strafe ) die ich so noch NIE erlebt habe. NIE WIEDER
