Very nice welcome from the owner . Functional apartment, located in the immediate vicinity of bus lines (n°16 and 17) which allow you to quickly reach the city centre. Billa shop nearby. Possible parking of the vehicle in front of the house. Suggestions: place a curtain in the room for the night (there is no shutter), replace the kitchen kettle which is "at the end of its life."

Dobrá dostupnost, dobrá domluva
Všechno v pořádku. Pokoj je chladnější, je dobré si vzít nějaké oblečení a okno do celkem rušné ulice, ale dá se to.

Obsluha se nám líbila nejvíce! Majitel pan Jaroslav a inženýr pan Šiška jsou velmi zdvořilí, profesionální a příjemní lidé! Apartmán na Jižní je krásný, čistý, vše funguje. Je tu teplo. Milujeme to tady! Děkuji moc!🤗

Povedzme, ze cena, ustretovost majitela a blizkost k miestu, kde som travil cas.
Co mohlo byt lepsie, hmm, asi vsetko. :) Zariadenie, utulnost, modernost, ... fakt ako taky dom po prababke, kde je narvanych 5 (6? 7?) izieb pre cudzich ludi s cielom platit za udrzbu domu co najmenej.
