Friendly staff, great food and swimming pools
That there is no elevators. Tough going up and down the stairs with kids and elderly.

Hospitality, Mode, Food, Facilities.
Hosting team were very friendly and professional.
The seafood restaurant and the grill restaurants were very good as well.
The bed of the room that was allocated to us on arrival was not clean. But situation is immediately corrected on next morning when discussed with front desk management.
