The only complaint is the lack of hooks and shelves in the bathroom. Small problems with hot water.

Modern, clean apartment. Fantastic stay!

This is a modern and clean apartment. There are two apartments in the building - one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs unit has a washing machine, the upstairs unit does not. The bottom unit also has a larger kitchen than the top unit. Both have modern kitchens and all amenities (glasses, dishes, flatware, etc). The owners are wonderful people. Very willing to help with everything from arranging a covid test to finding someone to bake a birthday cake. This unit is a short drive to the UVAC river. In a town without many good places to stay, this is your best bet!

There was no A/C in either unit despite what the listing stated. There was no washing machine in the upstairs apartment.

A lovely, well-appointed house at the foothills of a lovely family estate

A lovely, well-appointed house at the foothills of a lovely family estate. Pick sour cherries or wild strawberries to your hearts content. The amenities are modern, and one can see that the house has been decorated with great care and investment. We enjoyed our morning espressos and late-night glasses of wine with the windows open. Sjenica is known for its glorious nature and cool summers, so the trip was an antidote to the scorching heat of Belgrade and Skopje alike. My colleague and I occupied the two-bedroom ground floor apartment and found it immaculately clean, the beds were big and comfy and the sitting room comfortable. The wifi was great, the bathroom more than adequate for our needs and we shall book this property again upon our return. Big thanks to Fuad and his lovely family.

Exceptional

Love this place, a true gem, cozy, and with an easy access to everything you need. This apartment has a soul and I would highly recommend it. The host is super friendly and the whole communication was excellent. Would come back for sure! Love it!

Obiekt wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach, a to się prawie nie zdarza, wszystko nowe, czyste, robione z głowa, a nie typowo pod wynajem. Właściciele mili, pomocni, uśmiechnieci i dyskretni. Najnowocześniejszy dom w okolicy o prawdziwie europejskim standardzie! Jak chcecie coś zwiedzić lub zjeść w typowo lokalnej restauracji poproście właścicieli, wskażą najlepsze miejsca i zrobią rezerwacje, nie pożałujecie! Jeżeli kiedykolwiek będę potrzebował noclegu w okolicy w ciemno rezerwuję ten dom! POLECAM!

Просто прекрасное место! Я в полном восторге! Все начиная с бронирования и заканчивая отъездом было безупречно. Нас встретили, рассказали и показали жилье, не смотря на то что мы задержались в пути и приехали поздно. Хозяева очень приветливые и дружелюбные люди, старались во всем нам помочь. Угостили нас вкусностями и оставили воды при заезде, так как было поздно и мы не успели заехать в магазин, перекус был очень кстати) Жилье супер удобное, просторное, есть абсолютно все необходимое. Порадовало наличие кофе машины и принадлежностей для барбекю. В доме свежий ремонт, все новое. Было очень чисто в комнатах. Что меня удивило и порадовало - хозяева были в тапочках, не в обуви, как обычно и предложили тапочки нам. Это просто отлично! Вид из окна очень красивый. Я с теплотой вспоминаю время проведенное в Uvac lake. Спасибо большое за прием и гостеприимство! :)
