Great location. Basic but comfortable apartment, decent facilities, very reasonable price. The apartment completely met our needs and was well located both for the village and the slopes and lifts. Nathalie (the concièrge) was excellent - just the right level of communication. Ski locker was great.

Lack of effective internet in the apartment made keeping up with work quite difficult. Cleanliness of apartment was okay, but could have been better - we left it in a better state than when we received it.

Netheid liet wat te wensen over. Vaat was niet met juiste producten in de vaatwasser gereinigd en vloer was niet gekuist !

The building is located near the Bruyeres ski lift.

We were three people and none of us slept well the week. You keep waking up and don't sleep through the night. The beds are small and the mattresses are thin. Book&Pay handles payments and you receive many automatic messages. Messages about check-in heavily exaggerated: arrival check-in hours, reminders check-in time. On arrival we didn't see anyone. SMS and check-in is done via code for keys. Before departure, no contact with concierge about final cleaning yourself. For this cleaning work, after departure, this person referred to a forgotten plastic bottle and candy wrapper that was left behind. Our conclusion, after cleaning by guests (which we did not because we did not know we had to to avoid additional costs), you can question professional cleaning afterwards. We now understand why we saw a haze on the countertop/kitchen on arrival, as well as dirty extractor hood. You have to ask for wifi and then you get an email with complicated instructions, we choose not to continue,
