バチカンまで徒歩5分、サンタンジェロ城のすぐそばで何処へ行くのも徒歩圏内でした。治安も良く近くに雰囲気の良いレストランもたくさんあり、便利でした。迎えてくれたスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。

特に無し、強いて言えばきちんとしたワイングラスがあればよかった。

La posizione centrale, il balconcino e la facilità nel poter entrare all'interno dell'appartamento. Host gentilissimo e disponibile.

La doccia, che dovrebbe essere il punto di forza dell'appartamento, l'acqua ristagna per una non adeguata pendenza del piatto doccia e la pulizia approssimativa degli spazi.

Location is very good. Nicely located outside the old town (out of the touristic chaos), but on walking distance to a lot of touristic sights. Also in close vicinity to grocery shops, restaurants and a very good ice-cream parlour. The apartment has a nice layout and a small kitchen with everything you need. All necessary equipment is available, including a washing-/drying machine. The apartment is furnished in a new and modern way.

First thing you notice when entering the apartment is a very significant smell (garbage dump, sewer??). It would have been nice to have some guidance in a manual (e.g. were to leave the garbage, how to use the appliances). When you are a bit claustrophobic, this is not the place for you; there are windows, but they are above about 1.80 meters from the ground. The second entrance on the back of the building is not suitable as an outside area to sit and relax or have breakfast. It was not possible te set the watertemperature (in shower en other taps) to a nice level, 2 choices: burning hot or icecold. The temperature you needed lasted only for a few seconds and then changed into something you didn't like and even burns your skin. The apartment wasn't very clean; a lot of hair, we doubt if the floor was mopped (we have got black feet and socks) and the vacuum-cleaner had a full dust-container. We booked voor 9 nights, but only got 1 set of bedlinnen and towels. The frontdoor is situated next to the reception of a hotelfacility in the same building. This gives a lot of noice (starting at 4.30 AM) and guests ringing at your door.
