Two weeks before arriving we received a request to give details of our arrival time. We replied immediately. However, we had to phone for someone to come and open up the premises for us!

Uncomfortable patio and pool furniture, "double" pillows, no toaster, only one usable shower unit, sofa bed very uncomfortable, only 2 mugs, knives blunt, faulty fridge door, pool lights not operating, shortage of clothes hangers, one toilet flush not functioning properly, only one set of property keys, hob only partly operating.
