Verry good location in Anglet, bus station, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy, owners were very nice, left us to check out an hour later.

A capsule coffee machine would have been nice.

The apartment is spacious, light and airy with everything you could need for a nice stay. The kitchen is well-equipped and even has thoughtful little things like kitchen roll and tin foil - stuff you hate buying when you're on holiday to use once or twice! Other nice touches were a bottle of chilled water in the fridge and sweets in a jar in the living room - the chocolate marshmallow ones were particularly good! The apartment is close to quite a busy intersection but you can't hear the street noise with the windows closed. Excellent location for public transport - pretty much every bus and tram-bus stops around three minutes from the flat. There's a bar / restaurant across the street, Carrefour about a 10-minute walk away, pharmacy, boulangerie... everything is easily accessible and it's a short hop to the beach, Bayonne or Biarritz. The host even came looking for me when I arrived as I had a bit of trouble finding the right entrance - he was lovely and showed me around the apartment. All in all, definitely recommend!

Honestly, everything was great but one suggestion would be to put a little table and chairs on the balcony.

Great location, friendly staff at reception

The hotel reception is across the hotel bar. Out of my 3 nights stay, the bar of this hotel had been privatised twice for events. Upon my arrival I have been first declined entrance to the bar (being a private party) and the security hired for the event was not even aware that hotel reception was across the bar (dress up if you want a chance to access the reception :-)). Last night of my stay a party ran until c.a 12h30 and while volume was acceptable (room on 4th floor) I am not sure guests from 1st floor would share the same.
