New villa

Patio doors had no locks only a bolt Bedroom sink not draining properly Pool tile repair was shoddy

The property was lovely, very modern, clean and spacious. There were six of us staying and we never felt crowded thanks to the generous outdoor space. It was great that each bedroom had its own en-suite, and the facilities were excellent, including a washing machine, dishwasher and integrated fridge. The pool was large and heated to a perfect temperature (well worth upgrading). The staff were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The location was also great, with local supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby and an easy drive to the beach. We had a fantastic holiday at this villa.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, everything was excellent and we would happily stay here again!

The welcome package. Villa size and generally a lovely villa with great views from balcony. Location Walkin wardrobe in main bedroom, full size mirror was amazing.

The app door system is a good idea in principle, but as 6 guests we had to ask for additional access which took few days which made it was difficult to go out individually. One night a friend friend had to jump to wall to gain access as his app would not work to open main gate, this was an issue for 3 of the guests. What happens when a power cut? No Internet access? Elderly or no battery on your phone? As a luxury villa I would have liked to have seen the outside space clean after going in the pool there was muddle foot prints and also tiles missing on the pool edge also pool fountain was not known how to work until pool man switch it on and showed me how to use. The available utensils for cooking was limited. The cleaner clearly used a dirty mop and the place smelt damp. No available sunshade in 30° plus heat really needs some shade available. No available blinds in bedroom and had to relie on security shutters for sleep and dressing. No handles on the sliding doors and no fly nets on doors or windows, we know the area well and are aware flies are an issue in this area. No available hooks to hang towels. The pool cleaner turned up without forewarning. As we know the area well it was disappointing to see through the QR code the lack of promotion to the local amenities knowing that Sucina has lots to offer, there was lots of info regarding other areas. In second bedroom there was hand prints on the wardrobes. I know this sounds negative but this is more to highlight improvements for future guests.
